ABOUT

Lighting & spatial designer working across contemporary dance, performance, and installation art. From early concepts to touring, supports the successful execution of projects through technical, artistic and strategic methodologies: critical research, design development, technical management, accurate documentation.

Explores the creation of atmospheric visual dramaturgy, shaped mainly through multi-layered, asymmetrical and polychromatic compositions. Manifestations driven by continuous investigations into Latin American visual cultures and emotional landscapes.

Emphasises illumination as a spatial construct, embracing the inherent scenographic and immersive dimensions of its presence. Therefore, articulating the praxis towards the disciplines of architecture, installation art and experience design.

Graduated from the Escola Superior de Tècniques de les Arts de l'Espectacle (Institut del Teatre, Barcelona) in the expertise of lighting technology. Worked as a technician in numerous festivals and theatre venues, also holding the role of technical director of Sala Hiroshima until 2021. Since then, is working as creator and technical partner alongside with artists such as Joshua Serafin, Federico Vladimir & Pablo Lilienfeld, Manuel Rodriguez, Stanley Ollivier, among many others.

From 2025 onwards, collaborates with designer Tom Visser in productions of Opera de Paris,  New National Theatre Tokyo, Semperoper Dresden, Staatstheater Hannover.
